He was so personal with us and truly helped wipe away any anxiety about picking a dress plus wanted to get to know us, our story to tie everything together! I bought my dress from this location in November 2015. Like most ambitious brides, I bought it in the wrong size. Fast forward to now, 2 months before my wedding and my dress did not fit. I didn't know that you could exchange it for a different size but decided to take it back to the store anyway and pray for a miracle. Went last Sunday to try on wedding dresses, not thinking I would find the one. Robert my consultant was FANTASTIC. He read me like a book, was not intrusive nor was he pushy to get a sale. He made me feel beautiful and even cried with me , he also made my squad feel welcomed as they rummaged racks to find the one! He is a gem to your store, thank you Robert for a great day, you made this bride very happy!
I wasn't sure about David's Bridal after reading all the negative reviews but I still went there to look at wedding dresses for my upcoming vow renewal with my husband. I booked the day before on line and when I showed up I was greeted by a nice young lady at the check in desk who told me that my consultant, Deena, would be right out shortly so we went looking through the dresses while we waited for Deena, I had already picked out dresses on-line and saved them to my phone and it only took about 10 mins to find them in the s... read more
Jeffery was amazing with us!!! I went in to find my bridal gown and I am so glad he was my consultant. He has the best personality ever and he didn't rush us at all. Make sure you ask for him went you make an appointment.
