This place is ridiculous! I bought a dress they promised to ship to me by 11/8, my wedding was supposed to be 11/11. I never heard from them so when I called they say oh it’ll be here on the 14th. Totally had to cancel my wedding and move the date. They said I could come back in and find another dress and get a discount. When I arrived they told me I was not “allowed” to look at dresses without an appointment when they let me look the previous time on my own. Jewell was the BEST CONSULTANT EVER!! She was so efficient and made our experience the best! She exceeded our expectations!!
Just left the store- the employees were very rude. I was ignored the entire time I was there. Their selection was outdated and minimal. I left feeling terrible and disheartened because of their attitudes. Don’t waste your time there.
