As a bride, I was so excited to go with my bridal party to find the perfect bridesmaids dress for my wedding. After our experience, I am absolutely EMBARRASSED to say that I chose David’s Bridal. I am completely frustrated with yalls inadequate customer service and tired of this back and forth crap. I want to SPEAK to a manager. I ordered 2 flower girl dresses in March. Never received them, and don't want them now after the wedding. Had to purchase 2 others and have been in contact with y'all the whole time. Told I could return them- which I have in writing. When the store was open, I had a great experience picking out my dress and my stylist Shelby was great. Due to the pandemic, this company and store has completely shut down and will not speak to any of the brides. When you try to call an automated voice tells you to text and hangs up on you. When you text the number, if you’re lucky, you wait days to have someone message you back but usually they don’t answer at all. Where do I begin? I went in with 3 of my bridesmaids to find dresses. Everyone picked dresses and then when we were done I was told the color I wanted was “cut to order” and wouldn’t be here in time for my wedding. The sales lady encouraged me to change colors. I said ok fine and changed colors. Fast forward to the next week when I brought the rest of my bridesmaids. On my way to my alterations appointment we called to get an estimate price for my wedding dress. The woman on the phone said $35-$95 depending on the work. After having to get my mom to help me in my dress because they expected me to be able to fasten it myself apparently, I stood for over an hour for the woman to pin it for a small length hem. If I moved the slightest she would get mad. While I was getting changed back they tried to hand us a bill of over $300 that had to be paid that day. We explained the situation of what... read more

The alterations department at this store is TERRIBLE. We purchased a very expensive wedding gown and alterations were $600 in addition to the cost of the gown. It was expensive, but I was okay with the cost until I went in for my final appointment to pick up my dress and take it home. They had sewn on the OLD belt that everyone in the store uses to try on, with beads missing. They handed me my new belt in a bag when I arrived??? It was already supposed to be attached to the dress. I'm 2 weeks away from my wedding and still have no dress. The Manger was suppose to expedite my last dress last week but when I called to check on it its suppose to arrive 2 days before I leave. keep in mind this is not the first dress I chose there was issues with it when it came in.
