We THOUGHT we were happy with this store until they charged us for a $100 slip that wasn't even needed for the dress and then refused to let us return it when we picked up the dress. Then, they LOST the dress after altering it in addition to being VERY rude and pushy about the alterations to begin with! It was not a good experience after they made their initial money. They didn't even help try on the dress in order to get it fitted. It was terrible service after they made their commission off of us.

Bad experience!! Customer Service was horrible! We were told we could look around, so that’s what we were doing. Yes, we were taking dresses down and looking at them...isn’t that how you shop for “The Perfect Dress”? A clerk came over and in a loud stern voice told us we could not take the dresses down to look at them! Very rude!! David’s Bridal lost a sale tonight. This is my baby girls wedding....she was so excited and so was I!!! Never have I been treated like this. The dress she wanted to try on was $1859. 😔

Was in today and one of the associates was very rude to us. We were told that we were free to look and nothing else was said. While looking we were taking the dresses off the rack and after we looked at them we did indeed put it right back on the rack were we got it. She came around the corner and yelled that we were not allowed to do this. Now I know places have rules, but we should have be told this at the beginning.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We just bought 2 bridesmaid dresses and they would not allow our bride to try ONE dress on because it’s 8 o’clock and they close at 9. Apparently there wasn’t a stylist available but the stylist that assisted earlier wasn’t doing ANYTHING.

Not a great experience overall. I had the last appt of the day to pick out my dress, which was fine but then my consultant didn’t even offer for me to try on a veil or headpiece or my accessories. I went to pick up my dress today and it was very unceremonious. No offers to schedule an alterations appointment or maybe accessorize the brand new dress that I just got. She pretty much just handed me my dress, after I signed for it of course, and then opened the doors for me.

Worst experience ever. They have the WORST customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. I was mislead by multiple associates in the store and when it was addressed with the manager she did nothing. The associates told me that my dress would arrive on a specific date and when that date passed I called the store and was told the dress was in store and I could pick it up anytime. We made an appointment to try on wedding gowns, upon arrival we were told that the appointment was made as a bridesmaid dress appointment instead of wedding gowns and they didn't have a stylist to accommodate for the mistake they made when putting it in the computer. We were told we could look at dresses but we could not try anything on. Absolutely ridiculous and completely ruined the day
