My appointment was Dec 16th. I tried on several dresses and found one I really liked. After the associate clamped the bodice of the dress, I was advised that I really should go a size smaller. The smaller size was not available in the store. I told her that I would go ahead and purchase the dress I found that day, and if I felt it needed alterations, as she suggested, to be more form fitting, I would have it done later. We brought our daughter in to be fitted for a bridesmaid dress she tried on dresses then they order wrong size then they say they do not do refunds when you make the mistake you need to do refunds!!!!!!!

12:00 appointment but here it is, 12:42 and still waiting. The young lady at the welcome desk, Samantha, was very rude and quick to point out how it was the managers fault and David's Bridal for how they do things. There were only 2 stylists on a Saturday. So what was the point in making an appointment if they are going to be this far behind schedule?
They rush shipped my daughter's long bridal gown in a plastic bag that came roughed up and dirty. Now it has to be dry cleaned. When she called to to them, they said call UPS it wasn't their responsibility once it left the store. Will not recommend them anymore!!! Do not get anything shipped from them!
Treated my wife and daughters badly. We never write reviews but in this case we are making an exception. With both of us teaching and 4 daughters. I'm going to make every effort to make sure the girls at each High School are well aware of the store to avoid. David's Bridal in Hoover.

If there was anyway to give a zero star I would. Went to the store yesterday afternoon (Oct. 6) looking for information on homecoming dresses. I just had some simple questions. If they don't have a dress in stock, can you order it? Difference between online and store. Sizing questions. The lady I spoke with was completely rude. Davids Bridal, First I came to purchase my dress from you guys, the lady that was helping wouldn't even allow me to try on the dress I wanted, she went as far as to hang it back on the rack. My Mother had to go find my dress for me to try it on. When she saw I wasn't paying good money for a dress she decided that I no longer needed her help.
