I am very displeased and disappointed with the work that was done on my dress in the David's Bridal alterations department. I was told by the seamstress that she could let the dress out and give it the A-line shape I desired when I went in for my originally fitting. The dress I purchased is considered a sheath. She also added sleeves, which I loved! I was on cloud 9 when I left my originally fitting and was confident that my dress would be as described when I returned to pick up weeks later. The bridal party and I have had a horrible experience with this store. The consultants did a horrible job. They've lied to us and on us. They mixed up names and sizes . We have had to scramble to get our dresses. The managers was NO HELP!!! I will not recommend this store to anyone. This has been the worst experience ever. I am horrified that this store has done nothing but cause a headache for my friend's wedding. Close David's Bridal!!!

So to any other customers having difficulty with this company. You don't have to just talk to them you can also do as I have done and make complaints the you bbb in your area. Because ultimately they will not resolve any of your issues and give you a scripted excuse.

Very poor customer service. We went in the store on 2 occasions and the associates were rude both times. We had an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses and they didn't have anyone available when we got there. (There were several associates just standing around) We were told to just go find what we like and someone would be there shortly. They FORGOT to send someone. When we finally got her she was very rude and not helpful. The second time we went to pick up a mother of the bride dress we ordered and they first said it ... read more

all tho i purchased a dress The lady who was helping me wasnt that friendly had such a fake laugh and kept bringing me dresses i said i wouldn't wear... guess if your dropping alot of money the service would have been better...

We ordered our wedding dress and brides maids dresses there a few days ago. We were told that our brides maids that weren't there that day needed to call and order their dresses as soon as possible or they would be out of stock. We've been calling ever since, only to be hung up on or told that they couldn't order over the phone. We live over an hour away and apparently the only way we will be able to get things handled is to go back to the store. Initially walking in the door the hostess was very non- customer service focus! After being assigned to an awesome Stylist Alexis! Everything went up hill from there. Thankful I have faith and patient and over look some and not all people . If wasn't for Alexis I would have went else where .
