Had a horrible experience!! The sales people had too many brides to take care of, they couldn't focus on one person at a time. I had no one help with try on my dresses or anything. They threw me in a dressing room and left me to struggle!! Never going back
As the daughter of a wedding planner, I was highly disappointed to see such a lack of customer service and care for brides. I scheduled an appointment several days in advance and had to track down an employee once arriving. I certainly understand the difficulty in accommodating several brides so I patiently waited for an hour after my scheduled appointment time, and still had not been greeted. I got wonderful service at David's Bridal in Tuscaloosa. Then, I made the mistake to go to David's Bridal in Hoover. No one was at the "Welcome Desk". I had an appointment with Ashanti & no one could find Ashanti. The other girl was to worried about the times everyone was getting off & taking breaks. Another employee had on sweat pants with a white strip down the side. These are the most unprofessional ghetto employees; I've ever seen. Don't waste your time!!!!!!
I was not impressed at all and the Bridal party was not satisfied at all with the lack of help they received and all the problems they encountered and the finished product they received.
David's Bridal is by far the worst company I have ever done business with... Buyer be ware this company is horrible my wedding dress came in damaged - solution was reorder and wait till the end of September for it to come in.... Today I get an email that my dress won't arrive until 11/12 our wedding is 11/22.... Insert panic attack! I wish I would have gone anywhere else - nobody deserves all the crap I have gone through dealing with them! Buyers Beware!!!
I have had now four negative experiences with this particular location of Davids Bridal. Customer service is nonexistent. UNBELIEVABLE
Very bad experience....my wedding dress was returned to me damaged and mistreated after alterations.
Had an appointment with consultant, but was pushed aside for someone who was spending twice what I was. I would not recommend this store.
