Visited today after making an appointment to try on wedding dresses. When I arrived, I was told that as the company was going into administration, it would be self serve. I was advised to choose 3 dresses and take them to changing rooms where staff would gladly help me to put dresses on etc. I was not informed of this when I booked my appointment at all. I visited David’s Bridal on Saturday and was looked after by Paige. I was a little worried after reading a few reviews, but I was blown away with the service we received. Paige was thorough and friendly, and we enjoyed every moment. Paige helped me find my dream dress and it came in under budget which is even better! Although there were other people in the changing rooms, it was such a nice atmosphere and seeing other people find their dresses was also a lovely experience. Had a great experience at David’s Bridal Birmingham. Sadly they are closing down, but this means there is a big sale on. Leanne helped me with lots of different dresses and was really helpful with choosing and being honest. She was great at sorting out sizes and styles. Found a designer dress at not designer prices.

A shame to hear that David’s Bridal is going. But I would like to thank the staff who are all working extremely hard with all smiles and making other brides and bridesmaids their dream come true. Massive thank you to Ella who helped me find my Bridal dress! It was the first Bridal shop I walked into and the 2nd dress we went with. A wonderful experience. Customer service his above and beyond. Laura was so patient , understanding,supportive her customer service skills were more than expected. I didn't felt rushed at all , She actually took the time out for me and she knew before hand what would suit me. For the short notice has I am getting married December 2022 they rush my order with an extra charge. I left the store feeling so excited and happy . I found my dress and I did cry 😢 but happy tears.
