I had a great experience at David's Bridal thanks to Jazzmin she is awesome and she is very helpful and sweet. When you make an appointment ask for her! And so far everything has come early and on time. Love my wedding dress!!
Drove up from Twin Falls expecting to have a horrible time finding my dress. My wonderful mom and I found my perfect dress in under an hour, and enjoyed our time there. Our assistant was amazing and took into consideration that we know what we wanted and needed to stay in a budget. My only complaint was that I was told my dress was brand new "just out of the bag". Come to find out when we tried to alter it..that wasn't the case. My dress had been previously altered and then returned to the original size leaving visible snags... read more
Lauren and Jazzmin rock personally! About a year ago I had found the perfect dress only it was way more than I wanted to pay so I didn't end up purchasing it. Later, I went online and bought a cheaper dress that I ended up hating. Long story short I had asked Davids bridal, via online and in store if I could return it and purchase the one I had originally wanted (which was now on clearance and affordable) and had been told no on numerous occasions! My daughter had an appt scheduled. They were short handed so a couple different times the girl helping her left to help other people. The store needs some upgrading ( chairs were torn, carpet worn/outdated). As much $ as this chain makes.. They could afford to make it look more nicer and give each new bride more personal attention. That being said, she did find a dress ( and bridesmaids dresses) that are beautiful!!
My stylist was Natalie. She was SO helpful and nice. Great experience. Not pushy at all.
