Super negative experience at this David’s Bridal. I had worked with David’s bridal in another city previously with no problems, but this one has been nothing but terrible other than my first appointment to find my dress. On the day of the wedding I opened my dress bag to find that it had two big holes in the mesh under my arms. The dress I got was beautiful and they gave me a discount, however skip the alterations. The bra cups they sewed in came out after less than an hour of wearing it. The new zipper (that they put in after the first zipper broke in the fitting room) and clip to hold the dress in the back ripped off when I bent over to pick up my bouquet from a chair. The shoulder straps (made of chiffon) instead of being properly altered were folded over so that in places they were double thickness and didn't fit right at all. We asked for them... read more
First off I want to say that I hope I never have to come here again. While the initial dress purchasing experience was good, the alterations was an absolute nightmare. All I needed was a bustle. My mom bought her wedding dress here. The dress was damaged from people trying it on and it was filthy. After purchasing, we were told the dress would be repaired and dry cleaned. Came back to pick up the dress a week later and the dress was NOT cleaned OR fixed and they tried to pass it off as ready to go. It sat in the garment bag untouched the whole time. Went in today for a bridesmaid dress, was pointed to the direction of dresses and told they're over there .... well my friend (the bride) and I walked around then walked out. I'll spend my money elsewhere! I don't think the employees realize what customer service is, nor realize that without customers they won't have a job. Definitely will NOT be recommending friends or acquaintances ... and will definitely make sure I share our experience!

I’m going to be really honest when I say that picking a dress at this location did not go as we had hoped. I didn’t have high expectations for dress shopping to begin with but honestly my experience at this location was a major disappointment.
