I am modifying my previous review. I gave David's Bridal a 1 star review on Facebook a few months ago. I didn't write anything, just gave it one star. Someone responded to my rating and encouraged me to email them to discuss the poor rating. I did. I explained why I was unhappy and stated that I had a possible solution to the problem that I thought would be fair for both of us. I won't go into all the details here on Facebook. This was the first time in years for me to go to a bridal shop. Me being the bride and all. I called ahead to check sizes, and I am a fluffy girl. Walked in and a very nice woman created a profile for me and checked me in. I worked with a stylist by the name of Stacy. She made me quite comfortable, looked at the pics I showed her and started pulling things she thought I would like. Low and behold "the dress" was in the first pull. I am thrilled. Even though the store was over crowded, the associate who helped my sister find her wedding dress was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and very kind. She made my sister feel special and important, and unltimately picked out the dress that my sister ended up choosing.
