Went into David's Bridal yesterday to help a friend try on Wedding Dresses, and Jenny did a great job! Thank you for all your help, you were so easy to work with, and not pushy at all!
I am modifying my previous review. I gave David's Bridal a 1 star review on Facebook a few months ago. I didn't write anything, just gave it one star. Someone responded to my rating and encouraged me to email them to discuss the poor rating. I did. This was the first time in years for me to go to a bridal shop. Me being the bride and all. I called ahead to check sizes, and I am a fluffy girl. Walked in and a very nice woman created a profile for me and checked me in. I worked with a stylist by the name of Stacy. She made me quite comfortable, looked at the pics I showed her and started pulling things she thought I would like. Low and behold "the dress" was in the first pull. I am thrilled. Today I worked with Jenny. She mentioned that I gravitated towards Melissa Sweet designs and recommended I try one that's on its way out. I LOVE IT! Bought it actually for my wedding in 2018
Even though the store was over crowded, the associate who helped my sister find her wedding dress was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and very kind. She made my sister feel special and important, and unltimately picked out the dress that my sister ended up choosing.
Today I was helped by Kendra I told her what I was looking for she was so amazing to my needs and I would love to thank her for everything I found my dress and she was there every step of the way with helping me thank you so much again for the bottom of my heart Kendra!
