WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My best friend is getting married next year and made an appointment for an alteration quote. Judy the head seamstress was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. She told my friend that unless she choses David's to do her alterations, she cannot even put on her dress to get a proper quote. She was rude beyond, her attitude towards me (the bridesmaid) while asking questions to clarity things, severely unprofessional!!! NOPE. I would never recommend David's Bridal to ANYONE. Not for a bride, not for a bridesmaid, and certainly not for a maid of honour. I have had a terrible experience with David's Bridal since the very beginning- November. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but the way myself and my maid of honour were treated for the past 5 months, i just had to. My daughter and I were Prom dress shopping on Sunday. as soon as we walked in the doors, she fell in love with a dress. They didn't have her size, but had a stylist measure her. Daughter was wearing a baggy sweater, stylist measured over it, told her she was a size 10. Girl at counter questioned, had her measured again, she's a size 4. Terrible experience, would not purchase from or return to this location. Erin acted like she could not be bothered with our group, and Valerie has a horrible attitude and demeanour. If you’re looking for a wonderful experience, look elsewhere.

I had a not so great experience here last year. I was told to make another appointment by dbcares. I made an appointment for Saturday. Received a couple emails to give me instruction, pick dresses,etc. Today they called to cancel my appointment as they overbooked. How is that my problem? So again, disappointment And no dress. I guess David’s Bridal is not for me. I don’t think I will try again.
