I am a bride trying to decide on styles for my girls to wear for my wedding. My fiancé and I went in on a whim a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Erica, she was fabulous and very helpful! After shopping around more I decided David’s dresses where the way to go. Way more styles to choose from and way more affordable than other stores. So again I dropped in without an appointment. Had an amazing experience here last week! I had booked 2 back to back appointments for myself (bride) and a bridal party appointment. I booked on a Friday during the day to avoid the weekend crowds. Vanessa was our consultant and she was so patient and helpful with my large group! I ended up buying the perfect dress, it couldn’t have gone any better!
From the moment my wedding party entered the beautiful and organized Cambridge location we were treated like royalty. Andrea assisted us with ease and kindness while showcasing her knowledge of form and fashion. What a lovely appointment - and I said Yes to the dress!!
Today was my second (final) alterations appointment for my wedding dress. It was a pretty quick in & out, and everything was just as it should be and as I had asked! Great & quick service. My only complaint is that the seamstress was a bit rude when showing my mom how to tie the bustle. She told my mom a number of times to change the way she was holding the dress because it was making it hard for her to tie it. She also didn't really explain HOW she wanted my mom to hold it, just that she was doing it wrong. Everything else ... read more
