The Buttons busted off the back of my wedding dress as soon as I sat down before I went down the aisle!!! My neices literally had to sew the whole back of my dress back together
Employees didn’t seem like they were excited about making me feel good when I tried on bridesmaid dresses (with the exception of one.. who wasn’t even helping me) Energy was on the rude, please hurry up buy side.. I didn’t find them helpful until they thought I was gonna purchase a dress. When my friend who was getting married called me on FaceTime to go over some things with me before I brought my dress.. the female who was helping me got real rude and was making rude facial expressions.. RecommendedI had the most amazing experience with Clare in alterations!! I lost 60 pounds after I bought my dress. I went in a couple weeks before my wedding date to see if Clare would still be able to make my dress work and she said of course! My mom and I had so much fun with her every fitting. Clare even made sure to work on a Sunday so I could pick my dress up and her be there to help. My dress was perfect!!! She took it from a size 22 to a 14 with no problems. Ordered dress and it didn’t fit- when I ordered it they did not have my style dress in a size close to mine to try on so we tried on a dress identical to mine except it did not have lace sleeves. Overheard the manager say “what’s the issue” and the woman helping me said “the issue is she had a baby”. Will never shop at this David’s Bridal EVER again. Very disrespectful and rude employees. I’m glad that having a baby is an “issue”.
My daughter ordered her bridesmaid dress online. She was told to order one size larger than she wears. So she did. It was a simple gray long chiffon dress. It didn’t even come close to fitting her. So now it is non refundable. When she contacted customer service it sounded like they were reading from a script. The worst comment was. “If that’s all for today.
