I made an appointment online on January 20th, for February 4th. When I arrived, I was upset there was no record for my appointment. Shannon made it a point to fit me into my scheduled appointment time slot. The young lady Alicia Shannon paired me with was absolutely phenomenal. I explained I was on a budget, she picked dresses in my price range, made me feel special, she had a great personality, she was fun, and I could tell she loved her job. What a great place to do business!! Took my daughter in to be fitted for a bridesmaid's dress and got so much more. Terrell worked so well with her that we also found the perfect prom dress! Agnes was extremely welcoming and professional right from the start! I went to a few other bridal shops in the area, and hands down David's Bridal was the best experience. Jessica was amazing! She was positive, attentive, and patient. Highly recommend this place and her!
