I called the Tampa store and received horrible customer service from the representatives at the store so I called the Clearwater store where I had previously done business with and spoke with a very nice young lady by the name of Jenny. She not only exceeded my expectations but provided me with excellent customer service and was able to accommodate me for my daughter's sweet 16 blessing ceremony thank you so much David's bridal Clearwater Florida

Unlike the first one I went to this store was AMAZING! They let us pick out our dresses (more than 5) and even the manager was walking around helping guests! Oh, and even 3 out 5 of my bridesmaids bought their dresses at the same time! I can't tell you how absolutely pleased I was with the treatment!!! Thank you for going above and beyond what I expected!

Great experience, even on Saturday it was a bit of wait, but it was all worth it. Jasia at the Clearwater Mall location was very helpful, and me feel like a Princess!

We went in without an appointment but were warmly greeted immediately. Jenni was my consultant and quickly picked out dresses, some I never though I would wear. I ended up selecting a dress I would have never picked for myself. Thank you Jenni for a fun experience.
