I had an excellent experience trying on dresses here. The sales staff were very professional, knowledgeable and were able to pick out dresses that they knew I would love!
Rachel was amazing! She had another bride but did well going between us. Lindsey was a life saver. I had 10 people with me and they accommodated everyone! They were very kind and patient with me and were truly wonderful. I tried on so many dresses and gave them a big run around because I felt so lost, but they were simply INCREDIBLE. They didn't give up on me or get frustrated. I was able to bring in a dress that was not purchased at Davids to try on belts. I ended up finding one that I loved. The lady I had worked with was very nice. I had went at 9:30 AM and I was the only one in there. So if you want to avoid the crowds I suggest to go early.
I made an appointment and my sales assistant was Katie G. She was super helpful and patient! Although I did not purchase my dress there, I want to thank her for being so awesome!
If you're looking for the total "Bride experience" this may not be the place for you. Though, if you're a no fuss kind of person that doesn't need much attention then I'd say you'll be pleased. I feel your experience is going to be based on the individual(s) that your assigned, so you may want to make it clear what kind of experience you're looking for on each appointment.
