On my first visit, I visited the Mansfield location and the service was horrible. Nobody was willing to help so I walked out. The next day I went to the Dublin store for one more try and was helped the very second I walked in the door. Lizzie was my girl that took care of me and she was absolutely wonderful! I couldn't say enough positive things about her. With all of her patience and help, I rang the bell that I found my dress! She had it all packed up and ready for me to walk out the door with it! LIZZIE IS THE BOMB!! She made sure I was comfortable, and even had me try on dresses although I loved my first try. She mad sure to make me feel beautiful. Made it easy, smooth, and painless!! Even the other employees walking by told me how pretty I looked, and offered ideas on how to jazz up my dress! She was also great with my 3 year old daughter who was VERY JEALOUS she was not trying to dresses too! I've had nothing but a wonderful experience when I visited this store. I bought my dress in 2015 and just dropped it off for alterations. The staff is friendly and very helpful :)
