So disappointed by the "service" received after purchasing my wedding & bridesmaid dresses here. The sales consultant that worked with me was wonderful. Then we returned for the alterations. The other sales people kept scolding my bridesmaids for standing too close to where "their brides" might be standing when they came out of the dressing rooms. It was demoralizing. After hearing how your "customer service" if you would even call it that, to a bride to be who lost her husband to be in a car wreck. I will never in my life step foot in your store. Yall should be ASHAMED of yourselves.

Had the worst experience today. Went bridesmaid dress shopping, made an appointment and everything. Was barley helped by an employee. Had tons of problems getting dress style, color and sizes in time for wedding, even though they told us 3 months was plenty of time to order dresses. Manager was unapologetic about the experience. All 5 girls were very fustrated and upset, and what should have been a great day the wedding party turned into one of the most stressful experiences of the wedding. Between the customer service I had today while getting my dress altered to when I went back the same day to get my dress, because I found someone who was able to do the alterations to my dress at a better price and with a better attitude, I will never go back to another David's bridal. I have never been so unhappy with something that is suppose to be so exciting, dealing with the rude customer service when I went back to get my dress put me in tears and only then did I get my full refund. Went to try on bridesmaid dresses with the bride and other bridesmaids. We had an appointment and a woman "helping" us. I understand it's the middle of the bridal season, but we were not tended to as we should have been (we were checked on maybe 3 times in the hour and a half we were there). The bride found 5 dresses, from the DB website, that she wanted us to try on, and the store only had 3 of them. Just had the worst customer service at David's Bridal on sawmill rd. I walked in and tried on 2 dresses on my own. I was not greeted when I walked in or asked to sign in or make a bridal appt therefore I did not no to do so. No sign saying to do so either. I had 2 different dresses in my hand and was walking back to the dressing room when a lady asked my who was helping me. I said I had been in the store for an hr and no one has helped me.
