I purchased my dress yesterday and the experience was amazing!! My consultant was Mel and she was fantastic!! I felt amazing in everything and even though I had no intentions of buying yesterday, I found THE DRESS and had to get it!!

I had the best experience with Mel , finding my perfect dress! She was so personable, fun, and just made the day more than I could imagine. I felt like she was just as excited as I was. Everyone at the store made me feel welcome and excited to find THE dress. After a few dresses, I found the one!! It fits perfectly & I can't wait to get to wear it. Thank you for making this day so special.

Susan in alterations is awesome!! First let me say this store overall is great! I live closer to Murfreesboro, but travel to Franklin for the experience and service provided! It is worth the extra miles traveled. My alterations experience was great with Susan! She is awesome and made sure I was happy with the dress after it was altered and the process through it all. Thanks for great customer service!
Yesterday we had an appointment with Amanda!! She knew exactly what questions to ask the Bride! She made all of us feel welcome. It was definitely and easy and painless process! So much fun too!
I just wanted to give this great review to Mel (Melissa)! She helped me figure out my dream dress and treated my friends and family with care, she immediately remembered their names (and we were a large group!) and she was just all around made this a positive experience! She definitely felt more like a helpful part of our group rather than an outside sales consultant, I appreciated that she understood what style I was looking at (even when I had trouble putting it into words) and she didn't grab a single dress out of budget.... read more
