I had the worst experience at this store. I felt extremely rushed and they barely gave me anytime to think or look at dresses for my flower girls. I inquired about a size 16 flower girl dress and was told they didn’t have size 16 in flower girl dresses. This is not true because I saw size 16 on the website. I give my experience ZERO STARS and I would not recommend anyone to this particular store. So unfortunate because every experience of a person’s wedding planning should be stress free.

Went to David’s Bridal at Miracle Mile. Received such poor customer service from multiple employees that we walked out after five minutes. I will happily spend my money elsewhere. David’s Bridals needs to learn to value their customers and create an appropriate and welcoming environment. Do not recommend.

Servicio terrible. Recibes por lo que pagas. Trajes económicos, entalle y calidad barato. Me probé traje de muestra en mi tamaño y cuando llego en el color que compré, el forro no coincidía con la tela de arriba. No se podía arreglar. Y el servicio pésimo. Aun con cita, se tardan y te tratan con prisa. Y las empleadas de alteraciones, ni se diga!!! Malisimas.

Selection of dresses under $100 was so small it should not be advertised. Literally less than 10 dresses and only 1 size of each.
Worst bridal experience ever! I go in there with an appointment and am not even helped when I walk in. I ask for someone to help me and the associate says “I don’t know whose going to help you” . She then comes back to to tell me she’s going to help me and ask me what I want and I let her know , only for her to tell me 1 min later someone else is going to help me! I just wanna say that the store “manager” of coral gables store, laura arango, doesn’t have any idea how to treat costumer. She just yelled at me in the middle of the store. She has nor modals or education. Such a terrible and rude person. I don’t know haw a person with that lack of education could be nor a manager but a employee of this prestigious store.
