The first girl that helped me picking a dress didn't make me feel like I was picking my WEDDING DRESS or special in any kind of way. She was completely uninterested in helping me, at least that's how I felt. But then Patricia stepped in and in just 5-10min made a complete difference! Didn't decide on a dress as of yet though...but thank you Patricia!
I am truly disappointed in this location. I bought my dress and made my alterations here and every time I went there, I receive service that was below par. They are always late to every appointment I've ever had. Additionally, phone calls get priority over walk-in appointments. My last visit was particularly the worst. I really loved this store and its staff at first. Now I´feel disappointed and sad. I went to Miami on vacation in February and found the dress of my dreams in Davids Bridal, Coral Gables, and was so happy. Unfortunately my size was not in store, so I was adviced by the seller to buy a smaller size (8). A seamstress in the store came out and assured me that there would be "no problems at all" to take it out in the waist. I bought a 2 pieces wedding guest dress for $ 213. However needed to fix the length of the dress and some alterations of the top for the cost of $189 + taxes, that makes it almost the price of the dress, don't you guys think are exaggerating with your pricing for such minor changes? Really disappointed with this issue, now I need to get another person to fix it for a decent price. You totally lost a potential client and her friends

Worst experience ever,I drive from west palm beach to coral gables for the dress nobody help us, and my daughters hear them ho suppose to help us and nobody what to I don't know so don't worry I go to another place

Every DB i have been too has given me horrible customer service. This time i figured i would go with an opened mind and even was 10 minutes early for my appointment. They assigned me a Bridal Consultant, she seemed extremely busy as i waited for her 15 minutes passed my appointment time.
