I came in for a bridal appointment on 4/30 with the fear of not finding something I loved. I was nervous, anxious, and had no idea what I was doing. If your looking for any type of dress, I highly recommend going to this David’s bridal. All the ladies start from the lady that greeted you at the door all the way to Ms. Yvonne ( my consulted). Here is my story I went to a David’s bridal inWilmington, Delaware in January. They customer service was horrible the consulted barely helped me at all. It was exetremly packed and low in staff. The seamstress Laura was so amazing. She was incredibly funny and sweet and made me feel not only comfortable but absolutely beautiful. Would 100% reccomend her and the store. :)
I am so so happy with David’s bridal for giving my daughter a precious memory she will treasure. We had gone to several stores trying to find the perfect dress, well Alani helped us find a dress we would have not really thought of trying on but we did. Thank you so much Alani bless your heart.
I have been to this location multiple times (for bridal and bridesmaid dresses) and have always had great customer service. At first, it’s overwhelming looking through the bridal gowns, but the consultants are great at helping you find what you want. It’s easy to pick out bridesmaid dresses because of the color collection and multitude of locations.
My daughter bought her Prom dress a couple of months ago and it was WAY too long on her, but she loved it so much that we decided that getting it hemmed would be the way to go! Laura (Stylist/Seamstress) was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg...she is so sweet, talkative and personable!! She made both my daughter and I not only feel great about the purchase of the dress and that she could fix the length in time for prom, but also made us laugh and feel like we knew her for a life time!!
