My mother-in-law had an appointment here just this past Saturday. I think it was around noonish. The store was relatively busy, and stayed that way the entire time we were there. However, the associate who assisted us, Kaitley (? Not sure how it’s actually spelled), was fantastic! She was always very attentive and accommodating, not to mention very pleasant and friendly! Tulsa is much better than OKC! However, we made the six hour round trip to pick out dresses twice. Bride’s maid dresses had to be ordered and would be delivered in June. One came in early and we were given 7 days to pick up the dress or it would be MAILED!! Like they MAILED the bride’s veil-which was damaged. Not acceptable, so I made that trip again for one dress and will have to make it a fourth time to pick up the last b.m. dress.

It was ok. I felt the associate told my daughter-in-law 2B that every dress she put on she just loved on her, when in fact several looked horrible. Stop pressure selling... my soon 2B daughter-in-law did find "the dress". She was never rushed or told she only had so much time so all that was great. But I didn't like associate telling her that each one was just so perfect. She tried on like 15 dresses... 7 of which I told her 2 take off immediately... this pressure sales crap has got 2 go... when they find their dress th... read more

Looking at wedding dresses was such fun. Our sales girl was very knowledgeable. She was able to direct us to what would look good. We found 2 dresses we really like. The hard part is making up my mind. It was a great experience.

I was here with my sister yesterday and our stylist, Caitlin, was extremely friendly and helpful and my sister was able to find her dream dress in less than an hour and a half! My sister wasn’t much looking forward to dress shopping, but Caitlin made this a very special day for her :) all other stylists were friendly as well!
