Visited this location on Saturday, March 17, 2018 for an appointment. Ms Karen was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, even down to the fabric choices. I give Karen FIVE STARS*****, however; the manager on duty, De'Andra wasn't so pleasant. I was very disappointed to hear her ask our consultant "Why are they still here? I had an appointment on a Saturday. I got to my appointment 30 minutes early and when we arrived it was a little overwhelming. They were so busy, but they made me feel comfortable and my consultant Jasmine was super nice. She listened to what I wanted and my tight budget. I was a bit bummed with the amount of dresses left from the $99 sale, but I found 4 dresses in my price point. I ended up only trying on 3 and the 3rd one was my dress. RecommendedI took my granddaughter Prom dress shopping at Maple Grove store. Our associate was Nicole. She was helping us and helping a bride at the same time. She did a great job. I felt bad that we didn't find a Prom dress. Nicole helped find dresses for both parties. She smiled and helped zip and unzip dresses. She was friendly and cheerful. We were disappointed we didn't find a dress but we definitely were not disappointed in Nicole!!

I had a very fun time trying on dresses. I loved the women I was working with she was very nice and willing to work with me. I only had 2 dresses in mind to try on she keep wanting me to think about another dress. Sonya was her name and I would recommend her for anyone that wants to go here. Thanks to her I said YES to my dress today and it was the first one I keep wanting on the shelf and it’s the first one she had me try on.
