Great customer service they helped me find my prom dress and did my hair a little to give me an idea on what would look good. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Unless your a rude customer because I would not want their day to be bad they are to nice

My bridal appointment was great. I showed the consultant pictures. She showed me dresses she thought I would like and would search when I liked certain aspects of a few dresses to find it all in one. She was very patient which was good because I am indecisive and it took a lot of pressure off. She even stayed after when she was supposed to get off to help.

Granted, I went in today for a themed costume dress and not something high stakes like a wedding! But I have an event coming up I had ordered a costume for and paid for it to be shipped by a certain date... only to have woken up this morning to an email saying it would arrive “sometime next week,” well after I needed it!
