It's takes alot of of patience just to work first with the public. Let alone in Nassau country NYC by its self is like the dragons lair with the fire pit included. Therefore.. the girls at this location were fantastic A+++ they helped me exchange my dress since I gained about let's say 10 lbs since the fitting. It's only you know 2 weeks before my best friend's wedding and I gained too much weight . The dress I had bought online doesn't even zip up halfway. My stylist, Lisa Sims, was AMAZING! She was friendly, encouraging, helpful, and fun! Not only did she help me find the perfect wedding dress (at HALF my budget), but she also picked out the perfect accessories to go with it. Best of all, I did not feel pressured to “say yes tot the dress”. Overall, it was a great experience. I couldn’t have inmagined it any better. Definitely worth the drive.
