I have to say that I was very worried about my appointments at this location, I had gone through and read a lot of pretty bad reviews. My bridal party and I arrived and were greeted by a very kind host , she quickly introduced us to our consultant, Jennifer H. Jennifer was amazing! I showed her pictures of the dresses I liked and she knew exactly where they were, she made me feel so comfortable and asked great questions to get a better idea of the event. Morgan was very helpful with finding a dress for a military ball even with all the people In there. was annoyed only at checkout when the lady took a bride before me when I had been waiting. I was just checking out then not ordering so mine was very quick. I also wish they still did a military discount.
