Love the employees! My daughter is autistic along with other issues and Kelsey was very patient with us and even though our scheduled time was up she continued to work with her. They were very understanding and didn’t rush her. That patience and understanding is wonderful when you have a special needs child! Thank you so much for finding us the perfect prom dress for her!
Shameka was AMAZING!! she helped me and my bridesmaid out so so much. I tried on a few dresses but it wasn’t THE one and she got me one that I did not ask for but OH MY GOD I fell in love. service was great.
Jillian Robert was so wonderful, she really took care of me in finding my wedding dress!! Also, today I went and got my alterations done for my dress and Keegan was very very good and very helpful with my alterations as well.
I can NOT say enough about my experience with Kayla at the store in Novi, Mi. She and her WONDERFUL Manager Sandy could NOT have been more kind to me, but truth be told, ALL the girls who work there incluing the alterations sweetheart treated me (the Mother of the Bride no less) as though it was "my special day" too!
