The David’s Bridal in Madison is amazing! I had gone to another David’s Bridal the day before and I did not have a great experience. We were rushed and I was given dresses to try on that were way over my budget. However, I decided to try the one in Madison to see if I had any better luck. I went in for alterations and even though the store was full with girls buying prom dresses, bridesmaids and brides I was able to be in and out very fast!
Andrea was the best consultant I’ve had out of 3 visits. She was very helpful, and inspiring with her words during the fittings. She was patient as well. Andrea was very knowledgeable in bridal. Although I loved Andrea, I wasn’t too pleased with the “swap fee” of $54. Being a bride is a HUGE stepping stone in life for some, and I don’t believe David’s bridal should penalize someone for changing their mind on a very important dress decision. But all in all Thank YOU Andrea for everything!
They were so awesome I would recommend anyone going there plus I said yes to them my dress!!!!
As long as you have an appointment everything goes really smooth. I had an appointment yesterday and two of my bridesmaids got their dresses. I went in a few weeks earlier with my other bridesmaid and it was very hard to get into try stuff on because we didn't have an appointment at that time.
The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them for their service as well as their beautiful inventory. I look forward to wearing my stunning gown!
Had a great experience. Went in to try on dresses that I had saved online and neither of them looked good. Tried one on that Samantha picked out and said yes to the dress. Sam was a very great consultant. I wasn't picky and my bridesmaids picked out their dresses that I had saved online and tried on to get sizes and picked their right size.
