It was my first time walking in to this store and as a bride I am super excited, Alicia was amazing and super extra friendly and love her. But my second visit I am not impressed at all, first person greeted me was good but the second person step in was unpleasant, I do recall that her name is Latoya, she was so rude and did not properly acknowledge me at all, I was explaining to her that there’s misunderstanding about my appointment but she did not listen at all. I have a true love hate relationship with David’s Bridal. I live 2 mins from the Maple Shade location and had an appointment in October of 2017 for my bridal gown. The woman we had was super rude and made my mom feel like she needed to purchase my dress that day. She basically told my mom that she needed to buy this dress today or I would never find anything. Came in just to look around. The girls were more than willing to help me find what I needed. Gina was amazing! Highly recommend! Great experience!
Kim at great northern was amazing!!! I said yes to my dress and so did all my bridesmaids! She is awesome! Great experience!
We worked with Brenda today to get our bridesmaid dresses. She seemed a little shy at first but once we got the ball rolling she was super sweet and just all around easy to deal with! She was not pushy at all and we walked out paying for 5 bridesmaid dresses!
