I got my dress from here Aug 2017. I went to my alterations appointment Feb 25, 2018 at 2:00. I didn’t give five stars because I got mad about one thing. The one thing I was mad about is that me and my family got there 10 min early we had to be in line for 5 min just for the lady to tell us we can go to the back where alterations was at. When we get to the back the alterations lady was not back there. I had a fantastic experience at David’s Bridal. I had never been before, but I am very glad I went in because I got exactly what I wanted and the customer service was excellent. I was helped by a young lady named Shanel, who made what is normally very stressful for me actually fairly easy. I would recommend Shanel and David’s Bridal to anyone looking for a dress for a special occasion.
Jess was happy and helpful and made what I thought was going to be a difficult phone call actually very easy.
So far, my experience with them has been great! I went with my niece, as we are both in my cousins wedding in April. They were very helpful, even with the wedding being so soon! No complaints here!
I popped into this location on my way home from work to get fitted for my friends wedding without an appointment. I was immediately helped by Sarah at the front desk and was then helped by Frankie. She took me back right way and helped me get fitted and to try on the dress. She showed me the color it will be and made me confident in the size I ordered. I had so much fun. I highly recommend this location! Thank you so much to Frankie and Sarah!!!
