My experience was such fun. Rachael W. was careful to listen to my requests and stay within those. She was encouraging and honest. We even got to meet Cindy, who made the decision even easier without added pressure. I’m proud the “our” wedding party did business with David’s in Fairview Heights.
Nancy, the consultant who helped us was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, honest and genuine. However we just went to pick up 1 of our bridesmaid dresses that came in and the lady handed us our dress and gave a us a changeroom to try it on, then we never saw anyone again. No one checked in on us to see if everything was okay and the dress was okay. No one asked us once about alterations or anything! Very disappointed in their lack of customer service today!
