These ladies were great! Brittany and Jennie were a lot of help and they really made me feel comfortable when I came in. I found the perfect dress and I'm so happy with my experience.
Really need more One on One with the ladies ! Personally think one worker to each Bride !
The best part of this store is behind the Alterations curtain. Delcia and Grace will know me as the "Purple Bow Mama" and I can't thank them enough for their help, humor, and support!

Katie was super helpful and patient while I tried on many different styles and designs. She knew what I wanted better than I did. I'm so glad she was my stylist. Highly recommended!!
I made an appointment at this location and I ended up being very late and the staff was so nice and understanding. I made and appointment for a bridemaids dress and my mom came with me, Simon was assisting us and he just great. Although my mom didnt have an appointment Simon helped her find a dress for my brothers wedding so the appointment ended up taking a lot longer than it was supposed to but he was very patient. Very pleased with the service!
Whitney was amazing, I'd been to two other appointments (one at USA Bridal and another David's Bridal location in Lexington, KY) and both places had NO selection if you were over a 16/18 in street clothes. Whitney found so many beautiful dresses at the Louisville store on Bardstown RD which was much bigger than the other stores. I told her how much I lived the designer Melissa Sweet and she immediately knew who I was talking about and pulled the ones from her they had and others similar and let me and my family look as well.... read more
We didn’t have an appointment going in to look for prom dresses however Christine was awesome. She found my daughter a dress she just loves. Will definitely go back!
