I had a great experience at the Asheville store today. The Charlotte store screwed up my appointment 2 weeks ago, so I went to Asheville. My consultant was great and I found a beautiful dress. I would have given 5 stars but several of the dresses I had on my favorites list, they did not have. I had a great experience, though.

RecommendedKiecia is A DREAM to work with! I'm an incredibly anxious, hate clothing shopping, plus-sized woman and she is so patient, positive, and body conscious. She took every step to keep me comfortable and was so supportive. I had my first appointment in August 2017, but wasn't ready to commit to anything. Overall - successful trip which ended in purchasing my bridesmaids dresses. When we arrived, I had an appointment but the line to check in was nearly out the door, and we waited for a stylist for over 20 minutes after checking in. WAY too many people in the try-on area, and my party’s stylist was going back and forth between us and a bride.
