I went in with my daughter looking for a wedding dress. We were greeted and helped in a quickly manner, then treated as if we were family. Our ladies Bethany and Aubrey were so helpful once my daughter was asked, "what are you looking for?" They found 'THE dress'. When my daughter and I cried because it was what she was looking for, so did they. I wasn't planning on looking for a dress for me, but because of their awesome selection, I found one. Thank you David's Bridal for such a wonderful experience.

Went in there to help find a wedding gown for my sister and it was a great experience! The staff worked so well as a team. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and made comfortable by Tracy, and we were lucky to have Bethany as our stylist and lots of help from manager Aubrey! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Love love love my dress! Everyone made my experience great! Everyone was so helpful and sweet. Romana from alterations made the final steps of my wedding dress experience even that much better. She's very helpful and and just such a sweet person. Ask for her she's great!

We had a great experience at David's Bridal this past Sunday! I set up an appointment ahead of time and everything went smoothly from there. We received fantastic help from our bridal consultant and in addition the store manager stoped by several times to help. I came in with the Apple color and Vera Wang brand in mind for my bridesmaids and they found everything we needed right away. Everyone was very knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish. Very exceptional customer service and highly recommend this store!

Breauna was a great consultant. Went shopping in November, found my dream dress (which happened to be a few sizes too small). She was great at making me feel comfortable and took her time making sure I loved it. Went in last weekend to pick my dress up and try it on. She was there and stopped what she was doing to ensure I still loved my dress and explained the alterations process as well as trying out a different bra which happened to work much better with my dress than the original bra I purchased. I just bought my dress at David’s Bridal. It was an amazing experience! My consultant Rachel that helped me was outstanding and made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I wanted looking for and the styles I liked and brought dresses that were gorgeous! I had tried on dresses at other locations, but the customer service at the Florence location went above and beyond. Wendy made my shopping experience one of the best I've ever had. She made sure I found the perfect fit and that I was confident in my purchase.
