The first time I went to pick out my dress the woman I worked with was very nice, but unfortunately didn't find me most of the dresses I had asked her for and seemed incredibly busy. I reminded her of the one dress twice and I never got to try it on. My friend ended up picking out a winner and we went home satisfied. When I went to pick it up though there were a ton of problems with the dress. The manager on duty, Raoul, was incredibly understanding and helpful. Davids bridal in fresno is wonderful. I have shopped here many times for different occasions. Everything from pjs to my wedding gown. Prom and party dresses too. Every single one of the staff that helped me was more than exceptional the managers there were always on top of it and making sure that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend it if you're looking to have professional and personal service by people who genuinely care about you as an individual!
