Well I first went to the southridge location in the Milwaukee area and didn't have the best experience and I get it people are human they have good days and bad but none of the staff there really thrilled me with their help. I work in two customer service jobs so I expect a little bit more from people that are supposed to be helping you find something like a wedding dress.
