Amazing!!!! Karen M. was the perfect embodiment of what real customer service is! She was patient, friendly, and listened to what we were looking for! The whole team was so accommodating! From the district manager to the store manager it was all hands on deck to help my sister glow! I didn’t think it was possible but she found a dress she loved! They did such an amazing job they we are already booked for the bridal party fitting! Thank you for everything!

Went on a Friday afternoon and had a great experience as I know it can get very busy on weekends. Danielle was amazing and listened to everything I said, and I was able to find my dress on the 4th one I tried on!
Last night I had the pleasure of working with Crista. Even though she had me and another bride at the beginning of my apt she made sure to we were both taken care of. She followed my price point and listened to what I wanted. After several dresses I tried on the one I was inlove with from a previous apt and we all knew that was the dress. She involved ny son in the special moment of ringing the bell bringing more tears to my eyes. Thank you Crista!
