I went to my first ever bridal appointment yesterday and although I did not walk out with my dress, I did find the one. My consultant Melissa did such an amazing job on meeting my needs and wants. She was very accommodating and listened to what styles I liked the best. She made my first experience comfortable and managed to help me out on ordering my dress. Just said Yes to the Dress thanks to Juana's help! She was so patient with my family and I when I knew that the second dress i chose was the one but they needed some convincing. Would definitely recommend coming here for a unique affordable gown. And I'm so glad I came on a Wednesday at 1:30 because I was able to have full attention. There was only one bride who came in after I was there for about an hour and left 30 minutes in.
I had the opportunity to work with Alexandria today and she was wonderful helping me pick out a bridesmaid dress. I had a very good experience.
I went in for my dress fitting to get it taken a bit and bustled up in the back. Mai was absolutely wonderful!! She took a lot of time making sure that I would love what she did. She showed me three different ways to bustle the back and was very patient with my questions and my lack of decisiveness lol. There was another lady who helped with styling accessories, I can't remember her name, but she very helpful and nice as well. I had a great experience there today, and I can't wait to pick up my dress when it's completed!
Stopped in and was quickly welcomed and Donna was assigned to help me find a dress for our son’s wedding. Had two visits before finding the perfect dress ! Thx to all the staff that were always ready to help! Great experience!!
Wonderful service! I went to the Natick MA location, and my stylist Nancy was lovely. She showed me some dresses that I really loved, and I’ll definitely be back with a few more people to help me choose between my two favorites.
