I got great service here. Found a dream dress with a huge entourage. Then, Olga, from alterations was able to make my dress look amazing even after taking off 8 inches from the hem due to my height! Awesome!!
My bridal consultant brought me dresses that I asked for and nothing else. She stayed within my budget and I never felt pressured to buy.

I just said yes to the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen. Bree was the best on helping me find this amazing dress I would recommend everyone going here to get there dress. The service at this location was superb!!! After being turned away at the Troy location, we were given an immediate appointment at the Taylor store!!! Kim the sales manager got us right in and she was do personable!!!! Ashley, my stylist, was so helpful and patient!!! I said yes to the dress!!! And the manager went above and beyond to help me find a location in the area where I could cash my check and pay for my gown. Everyone at this store was kind and caring.
