Our stylist today was Caitlyn. She was SUPER attentive to me, my mother, and my matron of honor. I was very impressed by how well she accommodated to my style of dress and my budget. She had a wonderful personality! She made me feel absolutely beautiful. I can't thank her enough for her patience and her customer service. We also visited another store today, but did end up going back to David's Bridal. Caitlyn stayed later, so I could say, "yes to the dress" and ring the bell. I'm very pleased with our experience today.

My consultant was Lindsay ( Mississauga location) I was not expecting to find my dress that day but I did! Lindsay was very pleasant and easy going. I enjoyed it so much I booked my bridesmaids appointment with Lindsay aswell. Overall my experience was excellent.
We had such a great experience with our first time ever going to David’s . Our girl Maria was such a pleasure and really helpful to my daughter. We got 3 dresses and we were very happy with how our appointments the t went and all the patients they had with my 16 yr old . I would defiantly recommend this place to get you Prom/ military gowns. We will definitely be back there soon.

I had a wonderful experience with my Bridal Consultant Susan at Davids Bridal in Hagerstown. However, how the other employees treated my bridal consultant was very rude in my opinion. They continuously interrupted her when she was helping me with dresses and talked to her in a very unprofessional manner very loudly so that everybody that was with me could hear. I honestly felt bad for her in the way that she was treated. I’m thankful for Susan as she made my experience a wonderful one and she helped me find my dress.
I came in today for my first ever Bridal appointment. Tiffanie was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing. I went from having NO IDEA what I would want to buying a dress. She was extremely helpful. She was patient, listened to what I liked and didn’t like. She made great suggestions and was able to keep us laughing and moving through the appt without rushing us. I would highly recommend Tiffanie to any of my friends that are looking for dresses!
