Cordi was amazing. Her bubbly personality was so infectious. She helped me with some choices until Ms. Gwen came in. They were both amazing ( and I didn't even have an appointment ). I would totally recommend this location to anyone who wants the best customer service. Thank you Cordi and Ms.Gwen.

I’ve been to a few David’s Bridals before, but the one here in Winston Salem, NC off Hanes Mall is seriously the best one I’ve been to yet. The staff was very friendly, and even though they were busy, were accommodating. I really appreciated the staff making time for me despite the fact I didn’t have an appointment (my Hubby was waiting in the car with our newborn and they were super understanding). I went with my sister to buy a wedding dress, the lady that helped us was great until she realized my sister loved one of the $99 dresses and then she seemed very disappointed and she made my sister feel like she wasn't making the right decision..I'm sure she makes commission but come on! My sisters wedding dress shopping was not as special as it should've been.
Terri was very open and helpful plus patient as I tried so many dresses and different styles on. be open to new things and other styles. I found 3 within my fitting scheduled time and left with my dress that day. Terri will also officiant our wedding perfect
Best experience I’ve ever had! Looked at a few different dresses but the very first one I tried on I fell in love with 😍 best customer experience by far. Will definitely get my maid of honor dresses from them.
This is the fourth time I’ve come in with my girls for a formal dress. The people working there are always friendly and willing to help. Prices are much more reasonable then other places. I would highly recommend David’s Bridal.
