Megan was an incredible consultant: knowledgeable, pleasant, and attentive! She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I needed, even when she was asked to help 2 other brides at the same time. Always had a smile and aura of professionalism. I did not find my dress, but would go back for Megan's help!
I shopped at this David's Bridal for my wedding dress, came back for bridesmaid dresses and then back again twice for my alterations appointment after I said YES to my dress. They not only helped me find my dress but they became like family in the process! The stylists, manager and alterationist all gave such wonderful customer service that even though I am so excited I have my beautiful dress at home hanging in the closet I'm a bit sad I no longer have any reason to go and see their smiling and friendly faces! My best friend, who was my man of honor in my wedding, had me find my bridesmaid dress for his wedding at this store. We came in only knowing what color they wanted and needed help with everything else. I am a bit of a snob when it comes to customer service, since I work in retail. I loved this place! It’s cheap. Not as expensive as I thought. The people there are SO nice!!!! They make you feel good! They do what you want. I bought my dress 2 months before and they made everything possible to get my dress on time ❤️
