I was totally unaware that you had to book an appointment to find a dress. So I just came in on a Saturday. They squeezed me in on a day I know was busy. Such friendly staff!! I would 100 % recommend seeing Deb. She was a rockstar. She gave honest input and helped me find the dress of my dreams. She helped lift the stress right off my shoulders. Such a sweet person. I loved the experience.

I had a wonderful experience this evening with Corrie! She was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! She helped me see how I could make the dress truly my own! I noticed her helping other women as well, and I must say she has AMAZING customer service skills! I will be requesting her when I return as well as recommending her and David's Bridal!!!

Great Staff especially Adam! Alterations Dept was very personable and got fit correct the first time. Originally purchased my dress from the Alex. La store a big shout out to Angie but rest of staff need more training.

I couldn’t have asked for better customer service during each visit to the Lexington, KY location! Being a plus sized bride i was extremely anxious and uncomfortable about finding a wedding dress. I was planning my wedding in just 7 weeks. When i went for my first appt i was assured they would find my perfect dress and get it here in time.
