I would have given 5 stars if 1: the dressing rooms weren't tiny, 2: if they had a better return policy, and 3: my stylist had another bride to deal with which meant a little sitting around or having my mom get me out of a dress. Other than that I found a dress I love and had a really nice experience. No one judged that my budget was a little low or that I had my little cousins with me. My stylist really listened to my requests. It was a very good first appointment.
Visited this store today and received a warm welcome from everyone from the receptionists to my personal shopper Joscelyn. Joscelyn was patient with me as I was particular about what type of neckline I preferred. In the end, she knew what dress was best for me and I made a decision -- All within an hour! Thanks Joscelyn, my soon-to-be sister in law will be happy as I am.
