I am amending my first review.....****DO NOT GET ANY ALTERATIONS DONE AT THIS STORE!!!!!! ***** Alterations department has zero customer service skills and not a clue on how to alter a wedding gown. My wedding dress strap was safety pinned in and actually fell off my arm the morning of my wedding!!! I had to have someone come in and sew it on the morning of my wedding....such a disaster, but not as big of a disaster as trying to get this situation rectified with the retail store and corporate!! Beautiful dresses!! And excellent service. I love the store. The dust bag for dresses is very beautiful. The packaging. All excellent! I hope the online store should adapt this good service. Everything comes in awful cardboard boxes.

I have had an amazing experience both times Iv been to thus location. The lady that has worked with me really understands me and my struggles with my dress. She is great at lifting me up s a bride and reminding me whats important and what she did to make herself feel better in her dress. As a plus size bride going in I felt welcomed by her like we could solve any issues that arise. I ending up getting the dress I feel in love with online and I haven't looked back since! I just took my wedding dress in for alterations and Hanna was wonderful! The dress I had originally bought was a little too big, so Hanna suggested to exchange it for a couple sizes down. Luckily the store had it in stock and it fit almost perfectly! We were able finish my appointment without me making an extra trip. Hanna was so helpful and patient for my appointment. I can’t wait to go back in a month and get my dress. I know it’ll be perfect! Thank you Hanna!

I absolutely LOVED my whole experience there! The moment I walked in (I didn't have an appointment) they were willing to help. I told the staff an idea of what I wanted and my budget and I fell in love with first dress I tried on. Immediate tears came falling off my face. It was the one. At the end they said a small prayer for me, I rang that bell as hard as I could, and I walked out of there very satisfied.

The day that I went in to fine a wedding dress, I had Stephanie for my consultant. And let me tell you she was great, I had a picture of the dress that I like, but I didn't think I would be able to find one because the pintrest page said it was on in Nashville. And I'm also a plus size women and tall with that. So I thought I would have to get something else.
