The lady that helped us was fairly helpful. This may sound ridiculous, but I actually feel like they could cater to the brides to be a little bit more. We were there for probably an hour and a half trying on lots of dresses. My daughter got pretty tired and hot obviously from trying on all the huge dresses. We asked for water. They don't even have bottled water! I mean people are in here spending thousands upon thousands of dollars, and you cannot even provide them with a bottle of water! Step up your game David's Bridal. I really appreciate👏 David’s Bridal team for helping me with my wedding dress 👰choice. It was very difficult 5-hours ⏳choice while which I changed non stop two dress👗🔄👗 for the all time. I had only 5-days for my wedding 👰🤵preparation and nobody with me( all parents, friends and relative stay in Russia) and David’s Bridal girls become my closest friends 😂😂😂at this time. We had gone in a week ago just going to look at some dresses to get a idea but then we started finding dresses I wanted to try on, we hadn't made a appointment but that didn't stop the team that night, they got me in several different dresses so we left with finding one I really liked and had set up a actual appointment for tonight. I went twice to look at dresses and went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. They pulled rhat dress but also had me try ones I would have never thought of. I picked one I never would have considered. Great customer service.

Got my dream dress at David’s this last weekend! So glad I had Shae by my side along with all of my bridesmaids and mama! If you are going dress shopping, request to have Shae as your consultant!
