Just purchased my bridesmaid dress here. Great experience!! As soon as I walked in someone greeted me and showed me how to find what I was looking for. Michelle was my main helper and she was awesome! She offered good input and was not pushy or overbearing like salespeople in stores can be sometimes. She even took a couple pictures so I could show the bride. We had to order the dress but it will be here well before the wedding. All staff were welcoming and helpful :-)

as an older bride, I knew that I wouldn't be given the same service as a new young bride, I felt rushed when buying my dress and I feel I settled, I went back for fitting and needed alterations, and again felt rushed and overlooked, my last fitting after I was told they couldn't alter the dress like they wanted , I felt very comfortable with the seamstress and she was attentive and offered to do things that other people didn't even offer. all and all it was OK
I had a great time there very helpful attendant Kristina was a delightful to work with found my perfect dress.
We got a last-minute appointment because I couldn’t choose between two dresses at another shop and wanted to just try on a few to help me make up my mind. Jeffrey and my mom both picked out the same dress and it was the winner! They were doing a sale on preservation, and that was great to take care of it up front so I don’t forget or put it off. Wonderful and very helpful staff. I needed last minute alterations on two dresses and they took care of it for me even with the mess of Hurricane Harvey.
I just said yes to the dress last night! After loving two completely different dresses I was torn between what I wanted to do because they were both beautiful. Lorrie did such an amazing job with asking questions on what I liked/ didn't like with each dress that when she asked if I wanted her to pull some other dresses, I said yes thinking that none would compare to those previous two dresses.
